Sagent forms Mexican subsidiary

Sagent, a leading provider of Business Intelligence solutions, today announced that the company has formed Sagent de Mexico, a wholly owned subsidiary headquartered in Mexico City, Mexico. By establishing Sagent de Mexico, Sagent's objective is to meet the region's growing demand for business intelligence solutions and enterprise analytical applications, currently taking command in the burgeoning retail and pharmaceutical markets. During the first quarter of 2000, Sagent established Sagent do Brasil, a wholly owned subsidiary headquartered in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
